Product Pricing
It should be noted that all product prices on this website are in Pound Sterling (£).
If you are buying from Nigeria, please use the "Currency Converter" provided by a drop-down menu on the left-hand navigation to change prices to the Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices in Naira will usually be much higher as the cost of handling and shipping have been factored in.
For those buying from the UK all prices are already displayed in £, but the converter can be used as well to see how much the same product costs in Nigeria.
Payment Policy
If you are buying from the UK, you will be able to either pay by credit/debit card (using PAYPAL), by cash into our account or by transfering money directly into our bank account. If you are buying from Nigeria, you will be able to pay cash/cheques into our bank account. However, goods will not be released until cleared funds are received.

Source of Goods
We are proud to source all our goods from the United Kingdom. It therefore means that at no time will you find on this website any goods directly supplied from China or any other Country although, we may in future sell "Made in Nigeria" Goods. However, it must be understood that opening up virtually all products from the UK will reveal the obvious; that even goods produced in the UK have components made in China, but manufactured to UK standards.
We now promise that none of our procducts will come directly from China or any other country, but from the UK where the quality standards are already high enough to ensure you get the best out of the products you buy from us.
Returning Goods
We are happy to take back any products you buy from us and later found out they do not meet your needs. Such products must be returned to us in the original packaging intact and within 24 hours. Any returns that do not satisfy this conditions will not be accepted.
Product Warranties
All products purchased directly from this website carry a 12 month return to base warranty. This means that should there be any defects as a result of normal use, we will take back the product and return to the UK manufacturer for repairs without any costs to you. If defect is self inflicted (intentionally or accidentally) or as a result of problems emanating from the environment within which the product is used including eratic power suply, your product will not be accepted for warranty. All warranty repairs will usually require around 2 weeks to complete, but emails will be sent to you so you are aware of the progress of your warranty claim.
